Big Kids (11 & up) will practice from 4:00-5:15pm with the option of continuing until 6:30pm (un-coached after 5:15pm - laps, cool down, starts & finishes, turns, etc.). Pool location: 120 Panther Dr, Lenoir City, TN 37771 |

First Day of Swim Lessons

Start: 6:00 PM
End: 6:30 PM
Children who want to join the team or need extra help and cannot swim unassisted need to do lessons PRIOR to joining the team. Lessons will be hosted by our two coaches who are certified swim instructors. They can teach eight (8) children lessons and have a 30 minute time slot weekly. Lessons are from 6:00-6:30pm.
