PLEASE SIGN UP FOR LESSONS IF YOUR CHILD CANNOT SWIM UNASSISTED.  We can accommodate 8 swimmers for lessons.  

There are 27 scheduled weeks of lessons and 2 optional days that we will vote on (November 27th and January 1st).  Making a total of 29 possible lesson days.  This is 7 months of lessons.  

The pool is closed October 2nd and December 25th.  

CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 2 (24 MONTHS) MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT IN THE WATER THROUGHOUT THEIR LESSON.  SAME WITH CHILDREN THAT HAVE A MAJOR FEAR OF THE WATER. 

SWIM LESSON RULES & POLICIES

To help provide a safe, positive, and productive learning environment for all swimmers, we ask that all families follow the rules and policies below.

PAYMENT

• Lesson fees may be paid in full at the beginning of the season or monthly.
• Families who choose to pay in full will receive a $_200+_ discount. 
• Discounts are given to families with multiple children.  
• Monthly payments are due by the agreed-upon due date.
• Payments not received on time may result in the swimmer being unable to participate until the account is brought current.

ATTENDANCE & CANCELLATIONS

• Please make every effort to attend all scheduled lessons.
• If your swimmer will be absent, please notify the instructor as soon as possible.
• Make-up lessons are completely up to the coach and must be discussed with them.
• Lessons missed due to illness, vacations, scheduling conflicts, or other personal reasons may not be eligible for a make-up lesson.
• If the instructor must cancel a lesson, every effort will be made to reschedule or provide a make-up lesson.

LATE ARRIVALS

• Please arrive on time and ready to swim.
• Lessons will begin and end at their scheduled times.
• Late arrivals will not receive additional time at the end of the lesson.

SWIM ATTIRE

• All swimmers must wear appropriate swimwear.
• Swim diapers are required for any swimmer who is not fully toilet trained.
• Please bring a towel and any other necessary personal items.
• Goggles may be worn when appropriate and approved by the instructor.

ILLNESS

• Please do not bring your swimmer to lessons if they are sick, have a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or any contagious illness.
• Swimmers should wait until they are well enough to safely participate before returning to lessons.

PARENT/GUARDIAN EXPECTATIONS

• Parents and guardians are asked to remain respectful and supportive of all swimmers, families, and instructors.
• Please allow the instructor to conduct the lesson without interruption unless there is an emergency.
• Parents should follow all pool and facility rules while on the premises.
• If a parent or guardian has questions or concerns, please discuss them with the instructor before or after the lesson when possible.

SAFETY

• Swimmers must follow all instructor and pool safety rules at all times.
• No running, roughhousing, pushing, or unsafe behavior will be allowed in or around the pool.
• Swimmers may be removed from the lesson if unsafe or disruptive behavior continues.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children before and after their scheduled lesson unless otherwise stated.

MAKE-UP LESSONS

• Make-up lessons are offered only when availability allows (you must speak to a coach and arrange through them). 
• Missed lessons due to swimmer absences will not be refunded.
• In the event of severe weather, facility closure, or an instructor cancellation, a make-up lesson or alternate arrangement will be made whenever possible.

RESPECTFUL BEHAVIOR

We want every swimmer to feel safe, supported, and encouraged. Respectful behavior is expected from swimmers, parents, guardians, and guests at all times.
